Day & Associates has been a progressive force in the Baton Rouge area
for nearly 20 years. Currently, there are over 1,850 multi-family
units in Hammond, Houma and Baton Rouge that are owned and managed by
R. W. Day, in addition to the development of two residential
subdivisions.

Robert W. Day, the president of R.W. Day & Associates, grew up in
Baton Rouge and received his higher education at LSU. His devotion to
the area is evident in every venture that R. W. Day has undertaken,
and is reflected in every aspect of the company.
Mr. Day and his organization have been active members of the Baton
Rouge Apartment Association since 1993. Robert served on the Baton
Rouge Apartment Association’s Board of Directors in 1997 and 1998.
Additionally, he has served as president, vice president and treasurer
of the Apartment Association of Louisiana.
